Shipping is free for all orders above $200, through the contiguous United States. Other shipping rates vary by weight and destination.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii starts at $50.
Shipping to Canada Starts at $30 — however, if you are a Canadian customer, you might be eligible for local pick-up and other perks. Check out our Canadian customers page here. We want you to love your baseboard covers and we will issue refunds for customers who aren't completely satisfied.
What if my order arrives with damage or items missing?
Although damage due to carrier negligence is rare, it does happen. We will replace, at our cost, any items that are received with obvious signs of damage and reported to us within 72 hours. Customers have up to 72 hours after delivery to inspect their order and report any missing item(s). All claims made after this initial 72 hours and before the expiration of 30 days from the date of the shipment will be reviewed on a case by case basis and if we are able to file a claim with our shipper, we will provide replacement parts. Following this period of time it will be assumed that the order was received in full. Any items missing and reported within the first 72 hours of receiving the order will be replaced by the manufacturer at no cost.

What if I do NOT receive my order?
Veil will take responsibility for your order until it has been delivered to your home, place of business or requested shipping address. Once your order has been delivered the responsibility becomes yours and Veil will have no liability for missing, lost or stolen packages. Please be aware that if you are not home when your order arrives, it will be left at your front door. A signature is not required.
Tracking details are sent prior to your order being delivered and you will be able to track your package to gauge an approximate time that it will arrive. Please insure that you provide a correct email address and check your junk mail folders if you have not received your original receipt or tracking information. Failing this, please reach out to us directly through our contact page.
