We warrant all veil aluminum covers, endcaps and accessories to be free from factory defects. We also warrant that all Veil aluminum covers, endcaps and accessories will be free of rust for the lifetime of the purchaser. We do not warrant against scratches, dents or other damage incurred after the product has been received by the purchaser.

PLEASE NOTE:

Cut baseboard covers are not returnable: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and require a return authorization number (RMA) so we can process your return quickly.For more info please see our Shipping and Returns Policy.

Missing Item(s)

Items with different lead times will typically arrive at different times. If the missing item is not listed on your invoice, it is likely coming in another package.

We ship items in your order as they become available, so some multi-item orders may arrive in more than one package.

Report Damaged Item(s)

Although damage due to carrier negligence is rare, it does happen. We will replace, at our cost, any items that are received with obvious signs of damage and reported to us with photographic evidence within 72 hours.
