Return Policy
All return requests must be made within 30 days after receiving your order.
Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be credited in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items must be in "new" condition (no indication of use, etc.) when returned. Refunds less restocking fees and shipping costs will be made after the product is received and inspected. In the case of orders that qualified for 'Free Shipping' the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the original receipt total and that amount will be refunded.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of our receipt of your product, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Alternatively, you can fill out the form below.
The only return exception is for custom-cut panels which are final sale.
PLEASE NOTE:
Cut baseboard covers are not returnable: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and require a return authorization number (RMA) so we can process your return quickly.
Missing Item(s)
Items with different lead times will typically arrive at different times. If the missing item is not listed on your invoice, it is likely coming in another package.
We ship items in your order as they become available, so some multi-item orders may arrive in more than one package.
Report Damaged Item(s)
Although damage due to carrier negligence is rare, it does happen. We will replace, at our cost, any items that are received with obvious signs of damage and reported to us with photographic evidence within 72 hours.

We warrant all veil aluminum covers, endcaps and accessories to be free from factory defects. We also warrant that all Veil aluminum covers, endcaps and accessories will be free of rust for the lifetime of the purchaser. We do not warrant against scratches, dents or other damage incurred after the product has been received by the purchaser.
